Throughout the world, producing great wines requires experience, expertise and commitment. Above all, this requires a vision and the desire to go beyond all horizons: human, technical, organoleptic... like a multidimensional quest for the absolute.
Our approach to underwater winemaking allows all of this and plunges us into the depths of the deep blue.
There the border between imagination and reality is tenuous.
